Normally those scenarios are from people who need to be with someone to feel validated or they are with someone because of how obsessed the other person is with them. It’s desperate. It’s weak.

Love is not attachment, love is freedom. Love is strength. Love is feeling absolutely complete on your own. Love is a choice.

When I hear people say those things I immediately know their self esteem is shot and they’re caught up in a toxic scenario. I’m right 100% of the time.
